About our video calls

We want to make it easy for you to access advice from wherever you are, which is why we’re providing advice through video calls alongside our telephone advice. 

Video calls are a great way to enjoy the benefits of face-to-face advice without traveling. It is safe, secure, and private. 

You can join a video call if you have a computer (with a webcam and speaker), laptop, smartphone, or tablet – so long as you can access the internet.

There’s no need to book an appointment – join the video call, follow the instructions on the screen and an Adviser will be with you soon.
